Expertises

Nikita Divissenko is an Assistant Professor at the International and European Law Department of the Utrecht School of Law. He coordinates the Master's Programme 鈥楲aw and Technology in Europe鈥� and co-teaches the course 鈥楨U Digital Innovation and Regulation鈥�. Nikita's research focuses on the intersection of digital finance, regulation and technological innovation. He is the author of 鈥樷€� (Hart, 2025).

Nikita obtained his PhD from the European 木瓜福利影视 Institute (EUI) in 2022, and holds LLM degrees in International, European and Comparative Law (EUI) and in European Law from Leiden 木瓜福利影视 (cum laude). Prior to joining Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 he was a research associate at the Florence School of Banking & Finance (Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies).
