Jasper van Vught is assistant professor new media and game studies in the department of Media and Culture studies at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视. His research includes methodological challenges to studying games as interactive texts and pedagogical challenges and oppurtunities to teaching about and through games, game design, and play in higher education. He is currently programme coordinator of the bachelor programme Media and Culture and one of the directors of the Utrecht centre for game research. His recent co-authored monograph, , has been published open access by Amsterdam 木瓜福利影视 Press.
