Dr. Rose Camille Vincent is an Assistant Professor of Applied Economics at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 School of Economics. Her research lies at the intersection of public and development economics. She combines administrative tax data, geospatial information, historical archives, and field experiments to examine how public finance systems and state capacity shape development outcomes, especially in fragile and resource-constrained settings. At Utrecht 木瓜福利影视, she teaches courses in public economics and interdisciplinary research and supervises theses across these areas. Rose holds a PhD in Economics from Maastricht 木瓜福利影视 (The Netherlands) and Universit茅 Clermont-Auvergne (CERDI-CNRS, France). She also holds an affiliate position with the Institute of Fiscal Studies (IFS) and the United Nations 木瓜福利影视 (UNU-MERIT), and is an invited researcher of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).
