DRU Going The Extra Mile Award

The Dutch Research Universities Consortium (DRU), of which 木瓜福利影视 College Utrecht is a member, has won the Going the Extra Mile Award of the International Association for College and Admissions Counseling (IACAC).

IACACs membership is made up of over 3,000 primary and secondary school counselors, independent counselors, college admission and financial aid officers, enrollment managers, and organizations from more than 90 countries worldwide dedicated to serving students as they make choices about pursuing post-secondary education.

The DRU consists of eight member institutions and their staff, in particular: Tilburg 木瓜福利影视 (Anne Kuijs), Maastricht 木瓜福利影视 (Saskia Cluistra), Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus 木瓜福利影视 Rotterdam (Carina Bravo Plancarte and Johanna Goossens-Noel), 木瓜福利影视 College Utrecht (Kim Zwitserloot), 木瓜福利影视 of Groningen (Maarten Dikhoff), Eindhoven 木瓜福利影视 of Technology (Dennis Baas), 木瓜福利影视 College Roosevelt (Denise Nijhuis) and Leiden 木瓜福利影视 (Carolyn Barr). These eight institutions have worked together very closely for over a decade to offer a clear and succinct message about studying in the Netherlands.

According to IACAC, nominators described that the admission folks from these eight universities have gone above and beyond in their efforts to support of counselors and their students applying to Dutch universities: "They have embraced a very transparent and supportive Facebook group in which they answer questions, share resources, and create community. They have offered multiple webinars, student events, and counselor meet-ups in this past year, reaching across time zones. Most recently they offered the DRU Bootcamp for Counselors, a week-long professional development opportunity at no cost for counselors." Counselors described this as "a brilliantly organized series of events, and seriously excellent professional development".

We congratulate all eight members, including our colleague Kim Zwitserloot, on receiving the June 2021 Going the Extra Mile award.
