Saskia van Wees was appointed as Professor of Hormonal Regulation of Plant Resistance at the Department of Biology on 1 March of this year.

The Utrecht project Inside Out won the SustainaBul Best Practice award, and the UU ranks sixth on the list of sustainable education institutes.
