A ‘national walk-out’ has been announced for tomorrow, Monday, May 13. This action is in support of the pro-Palestinian protests and against police brutality. The action will involve students and staff walking out of the lecture hall at 11:00 a.m. and gathering in front of the Administration Building at noon.

A UU building on the Drift occupied by pro-Palestine protesters has been evacuated under police direction. As a precautionary measure, university buildings in the city centre will remain closed until Monday morning.

The pro-Palestine demonstration of Tuesday 7 May at the courtyard of Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ Library was terminated by the police around 00:30 because of growing security risks.

On Tuesday 26 March, Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ celebrated its 388th Dies Natalis.
