Sesame Street

Among other matters, Yoshikawa studies and evaluates the effectiveness of programmes that provide financial support to young families with children, for example. He also heads a research programme launched in cooperation with the LEGO Foundation and Sesame Workshop (affiliated to Sesame Street). The results of this programme include the production of Sesame Street episodes that are better tailored to children uprooted by the war in Syria. For example, some of the episodes deal with moving to a new neighbourhood, making friends or missing relatives.

Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 is not alone in acknowledging his research. He is involved in UNICEF (where he has developed a for its staff and written a range of policy reports, among other things), while he also served as adviser to organisations including UNESCO, the World Bank and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Former President Barack Obama appointed him a member of the National Board for Education Sciences in the United States.
