Willem Janssen speaks at meeting of Finnish Public Procurement Association
On 22 August 2019, dr. Willem Janssen was invited by the Finnish Aalto ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ (Helsinki) and the Finnish Public Procurement Association to give a presentation on the ‘In-house’ exception in public procurement law and public cooperation. The title of his presentation was: ‘In-house & public cooperation: limited or unlimited superhero’s?’. During his talk, Janssen addressed the legal tensions and current developments relating to this issue and the challenges that these create. Moreover, Jannssen discussed the possibilities for so-called institutionalized and non-institutionalized cooperation within public procurement law.
About 60 persons from Finnish governments, the competition authority, consultancy and academia attended the meeting.
