Webinar – Uncharted waters? Prospects and Challenges in the International Law of the Sea
On 28 March 2022, Alex Oude Elferink participated in the Webinar 'Uncharted waters? Prospects and Challenges in the International Law of the Sea', hosted by the Public International Law Research Group of Brunel ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ London. He presented on compulsory dispute settlement under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
Other speakers included Professor Rüdiger Wolfrum, Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law & International Law, Professor Robert McLaughlin, Australian National ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ; Australian National Centre for Ocean Research and Security and Associate Professor Irini Papanicolopulu, ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ of Milano-Bicocca. The panel was chaired by Dr Lisa Mardikian, Brunel ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ London.
