Walk with us on Night of the Refugee
Every year millions of people are displaced from their homes. They are forced to flee and take on arduous and dangerous journeys to reach other countries and safer areas. To raise money and awareness about refugees and their journeys the Refugee Foundation Netherlands is organizing its annual Night of the Refugee on the night of the 18/19 of June in various cities in the Netherlands. We, the Focus Area Migration and Societal Change, want to invite you to become a member of our walking team that night.
The walk begins at midnight at the Spoorwegmuseum in Utrecht. From there, we will walk a 40 kilometer loop together with various rest locations along the route. For more information on the Night of the Refugee, you can visit their and for more information on the walking route you can click .
