Visiting researcher Jos茅 Marcelo Ferreira Costa
Jos茅 Marcelo Ferreira Costa is a visiting researcher (Erasmus exchange program) at the Utrecht Centre for Water, Oceans and Sustainability Law between February the 1st and June the 30th of 2017, under supervision of Professor Marleen van Rijswick. His research focuses on wind power energy projects (onshore or offshore) and how to mitigate or compensate its ecological negative effects.
He is a PhD candidate affiliated to the Faculty of Law at 木瓜福利影视 of Coimbra (Portugal) since 2015, supervised by Professor Alexandra Arag茫o. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Public Federal 木瓜福利影视 of Rio Grande do Norte in Natal, Brasil (1997) and his Master of Law Degree on Public Law from the Pontifical Catholic 木瓜福利影视 of S茫o Paulo, Brasil (2002).
