Future Food Massive Online Open Course will start again!

Did you miss out on the first launch date of the first Future Food MOOC? No worries. Coursera, the digital platform offering the MOOC, will offer the course ‘Unravelling Solutions for Future Food problems’ few more times in 2017 and 2018.

The course lasts five weeks and focuses on two themes: food shortage and healthy choices, each taking up two weeks of the course. The last week is reserved for an interdisciplinary assignment where students can integrate all their acquired knowledge and insights with their own opinion. Researchers from different disciplines at Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ contribute to this course.
