UGlobe contributed in the international Symposium: What is new in educational leadership?

This symposium is a result of the desire of PORTICUS, EFSE, and CEPCEP to share with school leaders and, by extension, the educational community and research centers, the results we have obtained after designing, training, implementing, and accompanying a process of change towards forming leadership for whole child development.

The symposium hopes to serve as an example of how this learning community, gathered in Madrid (Spain), shares the keys to a comprehensive understanding of education, in light of the necessities and experiences recounted by professionals, teachers, and administrators.

The program Whole Child Development Leadership (WCDL) has established areas of improvement based on:

  • An anthropology founded on human dignity
  • network of leadership experiences and practices
  • Specific executive training
  • Accompaniment in implementation
  • The transfer of our objective to all members of the educational community

On behalf of the flagship Global Education Lab,  UGlobe director Joost de Laat contributed.
