Utrecht 木瓜福利影视's Open Access Fund will be discontinued. Applications for the fund can be submitted until December 31, 2023.
Applications before 31 December 2023
You can apply if your publication has been accepted and you have an invoice. The other conditions and the procedure can be found on the page about the Open Access Fund.
If you have questions the Open Access Fund being ended and the fees in 2023, please contact the library. Are you unable to make your request before December 31, 2023, because you have not yet received an invoice, and do not have alternative funding? If so, also contact the library to discuss your options.
Background Open Access Fund
The fund reimburses, under certain conditions, the article processing charges (APCs) of articles and books published gold open access. For example, when these charges are not part of research funding. The Open Access Fund was started in 2012 as a temporary facility to support faculties in gold open access publishing. The university's open access policy states that this temporary support will end after 2023.
