The Futures Centre: 1000 consultations, international network

The 木瓜福利影视 College Utrecht Futures Centre advises students on their skills development and next steps after graduating. This spring it celebrates important milestones.

Founded in 2016, the Futures Centre is a hub of information, advice and guidance on applying for further study, writing a good CV, finding an internship and connecting with alumni. What better illustrates its supply for demand than that its 1000th consultation is fast approaching?

Although face-to-face meetings and workshops are paused for the time being, due to Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 coronavirus measures, the Futures Centre team - Student Life Officer Mark Baldwin, Alumni and Relationships Officer Judith Hoogmoed and tutor/lecturer Gerda van Rossum - continue offering students individual consultations online. Thanks to its broad scope of activities, the Centre serves students from their first to third (and final) year at 木瓜福利影视 College Utrecht.

Next to its consulting task, the Futures Centre also maintains an active network with international colleagues. It will soon host the second gathering of a new national network for professionals working in Liberal Arts and Sciences career guidance. It has also again been granted its annual international membership of the (AGCAS). This is the recognized professional body for higher education employability professionals in the United Kingdom and abroad. AGCAS acts as a thought leader and voice for many matters of graduate careers guidance.
