At home in higher education after a business career, Sjoerd Bosgra will follow Bettina Nelemans as Managing Director of ľ�ϸ���Ӱ�� College Utrecht as of March 2020.

Bosgra, currently Head of International Office and Internship Office at the (Hogeschool Utrecht), transferred to education four years ago. A good move, he says: “The energy of the students and the passion of the colleagues I’m surrounded with make me feel at home. Higher education provides endless possibilities.”

After graduating from Hotel Management School in Leeuwarden, Sjoerd Bosgra worked in China and the United States. He received his Master of Science degree in Organization Studies at Tilburg ľ�ϸ���Ӱ�� and worked at Royal Schiphol Group and Alliander NV in different positions.

“With the demanding times that ľ�ϸ���Ӱ�� College Utrecht is facing, I find the position of Managing Director a great challenge that I look forward to take on.”

Martijn van der Weerd is acting as Interim Managing Director of ľ�ϸ���Ӱ�� College Utrecht until March 2020.
