Selma Seddik appointed jury member of Food100
is a newly established network for change makers in the food industry. The network aims to bring together ‘foodgenerations’, and foster new initiatives. Young and more experienced experts working on sustainability in the food supply chain systems can apply to join the network. One of the jury members of Food100 is UCU alumna Selma Seddik (class of 2009). Selma is co-founder of , a restaurant that primarily uses surplus products for their meals, preventing the waste of over 2000 kilograms of food products on a weekly basis.
