Rubiconbeurs Elbert de Jong
Dr Elbert de Jong LLM (Utrecht Centre for Accountability and Liability Law, UU) has been awarded a NWO Rubicon grant. Rubicon offers talented researchers who have completed their doctorates in the past year the chance to gain experience at a top research institution outside the Netherlands. For a year Elbert will research the question when civil courts are legitimized to operate as risk regulators and correct (alleged) regulatory failures. His research stay will be at the Institute of European and Comparative Law of Oxford 木瓜福利影视.
