Report on artificial islands in the EEZ
Alex Oude Elferink and Otto Spijkers have prepared a report on legal questions related to artificial islands on the exclusive economic zone. The report was commissioned by the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and is available online, on the NILOS website (pdf).
