Professor of European Pension Law Hans van Meerten teaches at Chinese university
Hans van Meerten will be visiting professor at the China 木瓜福利影视 of Political Science and Law. In his course, he will teach the basic principles of international pension law. Van Meerten is professor of European Pension Law at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视.

His course teaches the basic principles of International Pension Law. It explains the operation of pensions, the types of pension schemes and funds, and the current challenges of the pension system. What are mechanisms to keep the pension systems affordable and sustainable for all, and for future generations?
Prof. Van Meerten will discuss European Union legislation that is relevant to financial law and pensions. He explains how pensions are dealth with in the Netherlands, Germany and France, but also in the United States and India. The course also deals with how European and Chinese pension legislation relate to each other.

Prof. Dr. H. van Meerten, (1974) is a professor of European Pension Law ( at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 and a Dutch bar admitted lawyer. He deals with EU Pension Law. Van Meerten is a member of the OPSG of EIOPA where he deals with various pension and financial issues.
