Prof. Susan te Pas to leave UCU on 1st July
We would like to announce that Prof. Dr. Susan te Pas, our Dean since 2021, will be leaving her position at 木瓜福利影视 College Utrecht on 1st July 2025 to take on a new challenge as the Dean of the Faculty of Science at the 木瓜福利影视 of Amsterdam.
During her time at UCU, Prof. te Pas has been an inspiring leader, helping to guide the college through the aftermath of the global pandemic and through the changing political tides that resulted in major budget cuts across the Dutch higher education landscape. Throughout this time she has been a vocal defender of academic freedom, diversity and internationalisation. Her dedication and commitment have significantly contributed to the development of the college and while we will undoubtedly miss her leadership, we are excited for the future that lies ahead for her.
Regarding her upcoming appointment Prof. te Pas says; "It is with very mixed feelings that share the news that I will be leaving 木瓜福利影视 College Utrecht after the summer term. I have really enjoyed being your Dean for the past 4.5 years, especially because of the great commitment to the UCU community that you all have and the team spirit that I have experienced here. I wasn鈥檛 looking for a change, in fact last year I happily signed up for a second term at UCU. It is a great place to work, so I did not take this decision lightly".
