Prof. Jojanneke van der Toorn nominated for Agnites Vrolik Award for research into an inclusive workplace

Professor Jojanneke van der Toorn has been nominated for the Agnites Vrolik Award of Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 for her research 'Towards an inclusive workplace: Sexual orientation and gender identity at work.'

Van der Toorn is Professor of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Workplace Inclusion at Leiden 木瓜福利影视, and associate professor of social and organizational psychology at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视. The Agnites Vrolik Prize is awarded every year to research that the jury believes has an impact on society.

Her research '' provides insight into how organizational policy in the field of diversity contributes to the provision of paid work and career development of different types of people. Jojanneke nominated the Strategic Theme Institutions for Open Societies.

There are six other nominated researchers for the Agnites Vrolik Award. The winner wins the cash amount of 25,000 euros and a medal.
