Prof. dr. Elisabetta Manunza reappointed as member of the Dutch ‘kwaliteitscommissie Bibob’
The independent Bibob Quality Committee (‘Kwaliteitscommissie Bibob’) was founded to ensure the transparency and quality of the advisory opinions of the National Public Administration Probity Screening Agency (‘Landelijk Bureau Bibob’). The committee assesses, at random, whether the advisory opinions meet all the qualitative and procedural requirements that should be met. The committee reports to the Minister of Justice and Security and submit an annual report.
By decree and effective as of 15 November 2020, prof. dr. Elisabetta Manunza, professor of International and European Public Procurement Law and co-founder and -director of UUCePP, was reappointed as member of the Bibob Quality Committee by the Minister for Legal Protection for four years.
