Presentation Wouter de Zanger on confiscation at Babe葯-Bolyai university

Wouter de Zanger gave a presentation on the 28th of June 2018 at the Babe葯-Bolyai university in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He presented the Dutch report about confiscation and the European and international cooperation to that regard.

Other attending speakers were a judge from the ECHR and the procurator general of Romania. The conference was the second gathering of a project financed by the European Commission, called Improving Confiscation. More information about the project is available at: .
