Presentation Herman Kasper Gilissen at EELF Conference
On 2 September 2015 gave a presentation about the NAS Project at the in Aix-en-Provence, France.
He presented an interdisciplinary methodological framework for the assessment of the expected effectiveness of the division of responsibilities for climate adaptation in Dutch vulnerable vital network sectors. He specifically focused on defining the concept of ‘expected effectiveness’, determining its main indicators, and the application of the assessment framework.
