PhD Candidate Nikolaos Giannopoulos has given a presentation for the Natural Resources Research Group at the ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ of Oslo.
He presented one of his thesis’ chapters, which focuses on the interactions between EU law and regional sea agreements (the OSPAR, Helsinki and Barcelona Conventions) in respect of the environmental regulation of offshore energy production, and their normative implications for the standard of environmental protection required of States across Europe.
