New edition of the Operational Management Sustainability Plan 2025 launched

During the first sustainability lunch of the year on Thursday, 3 April, the new edition of the Business Operations Sustainability Plan 2025 was presented. The plan is now available online and serves as a key tool in further embedding sustainability into the day-to-day operations of both the 木瓜福利影视 Corporate Offices and the faculties.

As a university, we have a significant societal responsibility. We aim to actively contribute to a sustainable society 鈥 not only through education and research but also by leading by example within our own organisation. With the plan, we connect our sustainability knowledge to practice and use our operations, buildings, and campus as a testbed for sustainable innovation. In this way, we bring the principle of 鈥減ractice what we teach鈥 to life.

The plan provides concrete direction for sustainability actions across eleven operational themes 鈥 from biodiversity and zero waste to energy, catering, and social sustainability. New in this edition is the alignment with the CSRD guidelines and a strengthened focus on ecological, social, and governance (ESG) issues.

The plan helps make sustainability a natural part of every decision and at every level. Only by working together can we future-proof our operations and inspire others to do the same.
