New book: Strengthening International Fisheries Law in an Era of Changing Oceans
The book , edited by Erik J. Molenaar and Richard Caddell was published in early April by Hart Publishing.
The book contains 18 chapters on a range of issues of international fisheries law, grouped together in three Parts (Identifying Future Regulatory Challenges: Science, Law and Management; The Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management; and Compliance and Enforcement). Chapter 6 鈥淧articipation in Regional Fisheries Management Organizations鈥 with written by Erik J. Molenaar and he also co-authored chapters 1 and 18 with Richard Caddell.
