Meeting with the Scientific Advisory Board – 6 May 2022
On Friday the 6th of May, subsequent to the Workshop The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea at Forty: The Contribution to the Judiciary and Judicial Jurisdiction, the project team convened with the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) of the Judicial Jurisdiction Project.
SAB members Liesbeth Lijnzaad, Tomas Heidar, Jos Philips, and Theresa Squatrito met with Danae Georgoula, Lan Nguyen, and Alex Oude Elferink. The meeting assessed the outcomes of workshop, including the publication of the outcomes of the workshop in a special issue of the International Journal on Maritime and Coastal Law and discussed the timing and venue of the final conference of the project. The meeting also provided a platform for Danae Georgoula to discuss her PhD research project with SAB members.
