Keep developing yourself as a teacher
As a teacher, you can take advantage of all kinds of development offers in the field of teaching, organised by the Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning (CAT). From courses to programmes and workshops to webinars.
Soon, for example, you can attend workshops on guiding conversations about difficult and sensitive topics, in which you, as a teacher, will learn how to approach these kinds of conversations with your students using case scenarios. These workshops will be hosted on a number of occasions.
You can also attend a session on learning analytics, a field of study in which educational questions are answered with insights gained from study data. And there will be a workshop on feedback in education, in which you will work in a practical way on sharpening feedback for your students.
