Judith van Erp talks in the UK on corporate and economic crime

This week, prof. Judith van Erp will feature as a keynote speaker during two events on corporate and economic crime.

On , Judith will speak about 鈥楥omplex Global Regulation and Corporate Crime鈥, during an event hosted by King鈥檚 College London. Corporate actors frequently exploit global regulatory gaps and loopholes. However, regulatory regimes are not only characterized by the absence and weakness of regulation, but can also be overlapping and contradicting. This talk presents first steps of a research project on competition and conflict between multiple regulatory regimes as explanations for corporate crime. 

During on the 3rd of February, Judith will speak about 鈥楩ighting Economic Crime Effectively鈥. The event, 鈥淓conomic Crime: From Conception to Response鈥 is organized by the 木瓜福利影视 of Portsmouth, and constitutes the 3rd Winter Economic Crime Symposium 2022.
