Join us for our CAT lustrum activities in November!

While we reminisce about the successful symposium and party, we will also celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning with various activities taking place through to December.

Several of our Special Interest Groups (SIG) are organising activities with a lustrum touch! For example, the SIGs Sustainability in Education, Co-creation, Community Engaged Learning, Challenge Based Learning, Interdisciplinarity and Entrepreneurship Education are organising an activity focused on Open Education; learn about examples of innovative education that can be used to put Open Education into practice.

In addition, the SIG Academic Writing will organise a session on how to provide efficient feedback on student writing and during the session organised by the SIG Learning Analytics (LA), you can brainstorm about LA projects and concrete applications of LA in education.

Furthermore, a number of festive workshops will be organised. You can join the Challenge Based Learning (CBL) workshop, where you can gain hands-on knowledge to help you to actually get started with CBL yourself, or you can learn how to stimulate collaboration between students using the collaboration matrix.

In short: the party is not over yet, so be sure to check out which activities you don鈥檛 want to miss and register now!
