Introduction online webinars

For the first time during the latest course, three online webinars have been added to the program of the UU executive course on public procurement law (‘Aanbestedingsrecht voor de Inkooppraktijk’), coordinated by prof. Elisabetta Manunza (PPRC, Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ) and prof. Jan Telgen (PPRC, ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ of Twente). This course takes place twice a year and consists of nine interdisciplinary face-to-face meetings on public procurement law. The newly introduced webinars are used to train legal skills by interactively discussing signed-in homework assignments.

Over twenty participants logged into the program ‘Adobe Connect’ via their work or home computer, and were able to use their webcam and microphone to ask questions and discuss legal issues with their peers. Their responses afterwards were positive and the team of lecturers is looking forward to optimizing this part in the coming courses.

The webinars were hosted and lectured by mr. Willem Janssen (PPRC, Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ) and Gerrieke Bouwman (PPRC, Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ) and supported by mr. Lesley Fisscher (scientific accountmanager Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance).
