International Digital Humanities conferences in Utrecht in 2017 and 2019
In the upcoming years, the Faculty of Humanities hosts two large international conferences in the field of Digital Humanities: the fourth Digital Humanities Benelux conference in 2017 and the annual conference of the worldwide Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO) in 2019.
Digital Humanities Benelux 2017
The conference will be held for the fourth time in 2017 (3-5 July). This conference alternately takes place in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Digital Humanities 2019
Since 1989 the has an annual conference, each year in a different country. In three years, after Montreal (2017) and Mexico City (2018), this prestigious conference will come to Utrecht, with financial support from (Common Lab Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities) and the Faculty of Humanities.

Digital Humanities Lab Utrecht
Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ's Faculty of Humanities houses ample expertise in the field of Digital Humanities, which is combined in the . Digital Humanities ‘Utrecht style’ explores the cultural and social impact of new media and information technologies and the challenges they pose. It exploits and applies these technologies to model different research domains in the humanities. In addition, the Lab focuses on the development, design and support of technical infrastructure for research in the humanities.
