GDS webinar #2 with Dazza Greenwood

On October the 27th the focus area Governing the Digital Society hosted her second webinar with an interesting presentation and Q&A by , lecturer and research scientist at the MIT Media Lab. The webinar was organized by Thibault Schrepel, coordinator of the Special Interest Group (SIG) 鈥楤lockchain for societies鈥.

Dazza shared his thoughts on laying the groundwork for information society鈥檚 large scale public infrastructure. He presented us with numerous ideas about digital infrastructure and how it鈥檚 still missing in today鈥檚 digital society. After the presentation viewers were able to ask questions and a substantively strong Q&A took place. In the Q&A, comparisons between the US and the Netherlands were being made and the concept of online identity was explored.
