At Future Food Utrecht, we are pleased to highlight our team’s involvement at Food Matters Live Rotterdam (23–24 September 2025), a premier international event bringing together professionals from across the food and drink sector. The programme focuses on new product development, innovation, and nutrition, offering inspiring keynote talks, expert-led discussions, technical insights, and structured networking opportunities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore multiple streams, including The Future of Positive Nutrition, showcasing the latest scientific insights and innovations in health and nutrition, Insights & Trends, which explores consumer behaviour and market developments, NPD Discovery Table Talks, featuring interactive sessions on product development, and Tastes of Better, where participants can taste and discover innovative ingredients and sustainable solutions.

Prescilla Jeurink, Managing Director of Future Food Utrecht, will serve as Chair of the Day for the entire Future of Positive Nutrition stream, guiding the programme and facilitating discussions. Within this stream,  Johan Garssen, Chair of Future Food Utrecht, will appear as a speaker, sharing his expertise on the latest scientific advances in immune-supportive nutrition. Their participation underscores Future Food Utrecht’s active role in driving knowledge and innovation in the field of sustainable nutrition.
