Why our food system must radically change.

Towering inflation due to rising gas and grain prices, empty shelves due to disrupted supply routes and failed harvests due to extreme weather. Climate change, the corona pandemic and the war in Ukraine show how fragile our food system is. If we do not act, a global food crisis is imminent. But where should we start? What solutions are there for a sustainable and fair food system? And how do we get a grip on the maze of conflicting interests?
