According to Fredo Schotanus, public procurement can have a major impact on the transition to a more sustainable society. Fredo Schotanus is endowed professor of Public Procurement at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视's School of Economics and co-founder and co-director of the Centre for Public Procurement (UUCePP).
The COVID-19 crisis offers opportunities to greatly accelerate the transition to a more sustainable society, he argued in a PIANOo webinar on the 2nd of June 2020. In the webinar he discusses this view using insights derived from scientific research. He also collects input from his audience.
