Elisabetta Manunza chairs academic part of NVvA assembly
On June 15th, the annual spring assembly of the Dutch Association for Public Procurement Law (NVvA) took place. During the academic part, chaired by prof. dr. Elisabetta Manunza, the theme of ‘‘procurement and limited rights [schaarse rechten]’’ was in the centre of attention.
During the program several scholars and law practitioners addressed issues, such as the principle of equality, transparency and competition in the allocation of limited public rights and the role of this legal framework for the (other) contractual activities of government, such as the sale of property.
Led by Elisabetta, the afternoon was closed with a plenary discussion.
