Didi van Trijp (Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ, Master's programme ) is the winner of the Elsevier/Johan de Witt thesis award for history. In her winning Master's thesis she studies notions on the structure of the universe among two Amsterdam chambers of rhetoric in the early 17th century. Her supervisors were Prof. and Prof. .

The award consists of a sum of € 1500, a number of books, and annual subscriptions to Elsevier magazine and 'Vrienden van De Witt'.

Among the nominees was also Tamar van der Kuil (Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ, ), with her Master's thesis
