CLUe was officially opened by the Dean Gerrit van Meer
On 4 Nov, more than 60 Complexity Science enthusiasts witnessed the official opening of the Complexity Laboratory Utrecht (CLUe).
First, The Head of the Department of Physics, also the initiator of the CLUe, Prof. Henk Dijkstra gave a brief overview on the motivation of the CLUe, and demonstrated the usage of the CLUe server and the CLUe software on a 84鈥 touchscreen.
Then, the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Gerrit van Meer officially opened the CLUe.

In the end, the Research Director of the Centre for the Analysis of Resource Rich Economies (OxCarre), also the former State Secretary of the Netherlands, Prof. dr. Rick van der Ploeg shared his insights into the challenges in fighting Global Warming.
