Catherine Blanchard on adaptive regulatory mechanisms for sustainable high seas fisheries
Catherine Blanchard, PhD Fellow at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视, presented her research at the 48th Annual Conference of the Canadian Council on International Law, held in Ottawa, Canada, on 24-25 October 2019.
Her presentation, entitled "The elusive search for sustainable high seas fisheries: Exploring alternative regulatory and governance mechanisms", looked at policy based mechanisms to complement the law and suggest alternative ways of reaching sustainability performances in the management of fish stocks on the high seas".
