Call for papers: International Economic Law
The 2020 Ius Commune annual Conference Workshop on International Economic Law: ‘International Economic Law after the Return of (Geo)Politics: in search of balance’ calls for papers!
Scholars are invited to reflect on the appropriate balance within IEL – i.e. the balance between competing values and objectives – as well as the balance between IEL and the sphere of sovereign control, and to explore ways for effective incorporation of such balance in international economic law and policy making.
Abstracts of approximately 500 words are to be submitted no later than the 15th of August 2020. The Conference will take place the 26th and 27th of November 2020. Please find more information in the enclosed document. (pdf)
