Call for papers: CoCoT conference
When can regulation and enforcement be considered as ‘good’ or ‘smart’?” This is the question the RenForce building block CoCoT aims to answer. What is CoCoT? have a look at our website. We study the Conceptual, Constitutional and Theoretical Foundations of Shared Regulation and Enforcement for a stronger Europe. CoCoT is an open project, we also welcome contributions from other Utrecht ľϸӰ researchers and external researchers.
Conference and Call for Papers
The CoCoT co-leads Linda Senden, Elisabetta Manunza and Sebastian Meijer are organising a full one-day conference on December 9 to discuss the Conceptual, Constitutional, Theoretical Foundations for a Stronger Europe. With this call for papers, we invite you to submit an abstract (max. 350 words) by 15 September (S.Meyer@uu.nl,) related to one of the topics mentioned below.

CoCoT is an open project that seeks to bring together researchers from law and from other disciplinary backgrounds. So, we also welcome such contributions from other UU or external researchers. Therefore, please feel free to share this call for papers with anyone you think might be interested to contribute to this project.
In the course of 2023, we will be proceeding to the publication of the papers in an edited volume or in a special journal issue.
