Blogpost assistant prof. Vitezslav Titl

Assistant professor Vitezslav Titl wrote a blog on 'Machine learning for fighting corruption in public procurement for education services and institutions'. He argues that "given this uncertainty in how to mitigate the negative effects of corruption in public procurement in education and elsewhere, one solution could be to employ new machine learning algorithms to identify procurement contracts which have a high chance of being mis-allocated due to corruption, political connections and/or conflicts of interest."
