Advice on the responsibility of the public sector to prevent discrimination

, member of the State Commission against Discrimination, shares the Commission's (Staatscommissie tegen Discriminatie en Racisme ) advice to the House of Representatives and the Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK), noting that government structures can prevent discrimination.

This systematic discrimination is often invisible and has a profound impact on people who receive help. The State Commission is currently investigating what the Dutch government can do to combat discrimination and justify equality in the public sector.
