I-Ying - testimonial
"What I found most rewarding about this program was the opportunity to collaborate with classmates from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds."
My name is I-Ying and I am from Taiwan. I have a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering and I have always been passionate about addressing environmental challenges. However, during my undergraduate studies, I realized that solving these issues requires more than just technological solutions. It demands an interdisciplinary approach and collaboration across various fields. This is the main reason I chose to study Sustainable Development at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视. During my master's program, I was introduced to social science discussions that were entirely new to me, such as topics on justice, degrowth, and decolonization. These experiences truly broadened my perspectives, especially since my background was primarily in natural sciences. What I found most rewarding about this program was the opportunity to collaborate with classmates from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. We had many group projects and assignments for the lectures, which allowed me to learn extensively from their unique viewpoints and experiences.
