I think Energy Science has so far prepared me to succeed as a leader and expert in whatever field I choose for my future career.

After studying Environmental Engineering and working as a professional engineer for two years in the USA, I realized I was craving an international, multi-disciplinary environment where I could develop my skills to make a more widespread, positive impact in the fight against climate change. Thankfully I found Energy Science, which has given me the opportunity to do exactly that.

From experienced professors to fascinating projects to fun study association trips to the many knowledgeable guest lecturers, this program has provided so many chances to learn about the technical and non-technical issues associated with the sustainable energy transition – and then apply all that knowledge to energy system analyzing and modelling to better understand the big picture. I think Energy Science has so far prepared me to succeed as a leader and expert in whatever field I choose for my future career, whether that be consulting, policy making, academic research, or something else.
