The symposium is organised by the Journal of Trial and Error, Utrecht Young Academy, Young Academy Twente, the Museum of Failure, and The New Utrecht School. It is financially supported by the Journal of Trial and Error, Utrecht Young Academy, Descartes Centre, GKG Impact Grant, NWO OS Fund, and The New Utrecht School.
