Entrepreneurial education is often action-oriented. This type of education involves methods and tools that encourage students to take action. Everyone has heard of the Business Model Canvas, but there is more. What other methods are used to help students develop an entrepreneurial mind and ditto skills?
During this online meet-up, we will take stock of the different methods and tools used for entrepreneurial learning in higher education. How are they used and which learning goals are supported? Can we rank them according to their contribution to the entrepreneurial readiness level of our students?
Next, we go into depth around one of the most well-known tools: the Business Model Canvas. This canvas has been around for many years and is used by many teachers. But do we get the most out of it? Teacher at TU/e and self-proclaimed 'challenge-based learning enthusiast' 脕kos Wetters will share his thoughts on the matter.
This session is aimed at educators (interested in) entrepreneurial education, and will be held in English.
This event is initiated by the Entrepreneurial Education Network, part of the Strategic Alliance between Utrecht, Wageningen and Eindhoven.
